Custom-Made Products

At Sarah Rahme Gallery, all our furniture pieces are custom-made to order, ensuring that each item is tailored to your specific requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-designed furniture (e.g., dining chairs, bar stools, benches, tables).
  • Products made to your specifications, including fabric selection and finishes.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are not allowed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting +961 79 140 744.
  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect and the packaging for assessment.
  3. Upon review, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

Shipping Issues

While we ensure your order is packaged with the utmost care, we are not responsible for damages caused by shipping carriers. However, we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier if necessary.
